The hotel is located near tea plantations and has beautiful gardens with exotic animals. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is a walking trail garden and a nice outdoor swimming pool. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is great.
The hotel facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and table tennis, are overpriced.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious and relaxing stay. The exclusive amenities such as the spa and outdoor pool were a real treat. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, providing exceptional service. The restaurant served delicious food with a great atmosphere. The location advantages were excellent, set amongst tea plantations and bamboo forests for a peaceful retreat.
The only minor issue I experienced was a slight delay during check-in, but this was quickly resolved by the helpful and friendly staff. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a truly rejuvenating experience.

Beautiful room with stunning views of the gardens and mountains, and a well-appointed bathroom. Free bike hire was a fun way to explore the surrounding area.
Limited pool service, and location not particularly convenient for getting around without a taxi. Bar was underwhelming and drinks didn't quite hit the spot.

Spent a wonderful Christmas at this resort! Loved the outdoor pool, which was so refreshing even in December. The garden was also gorgeous, and we enjoyed walking around and taking in the scenery. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to hiking trails and a zoo, and there were free bikes available to use which was a nice added touch.
While the breakfast had a good selection, some of the food quality could have been better. We also experienced some language barrier issues during check-in, which made the process a bit confusing.
